Contract Overview
This AMC agreement is made between Planet Plus Computer Trading LLC and the Client for the purpose of providing ongoing technical support, maintenance, and IT services to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of IT infrastructure.
Scope of work
Planet Plus will provide maintenance and support for the following systems as per the agreed package:

Desktops & Laptops (all brands)
Servers (Windows Server, Linux, etc.)
Printers & Scanners
Networking Devices (Routers, Switches, Access Points)
CCTV Cameras & DVR/NVR Systems
Mobile Devices (optional)
Software Support
OS Installation & Configuration (Windows, Linux, Server OS)
Microsoft Office, Email Setup & Support
Antivirus & Security Maintenance
Data Backup & Recovery Support
Network Support
LAN/WAN Troubleshooting
Cable Testing & Replacement
Internet & Wi-Fi Configuration
Firewall/Switch Setup
Surveillance Support
CCTV Monitoring Setup & Maintenance
Mobile Viewing Access
DVR/NVR Updates & Troubleshooting
